great stay but minor noise issues
The outdoor hot tub was a delightful retreat after a day of exploring. Eric and Chris offered exceptional recommendations for local hikes that truly enhanced our experience. The garden view from our villa felt like a peaceful escape into nature, immersing us in tranquil surroundings.
The sound of rain on the metal roof was a bit distracting at night.

Unexpected treats in the jungle
Staying At The Crater's Edge felt like a hidden gem. The room was adorned beautifully, and the fresh banana bread waiting for us was simply delightful. We loved the convenience of not having to venture out for breakfast. The outdoor hot tub nestled in the rainforest was the perfect touch for unwinding after our hikes. The hosts, Eric and Chris, made us feel genuinely welcomed, offering thoughtful recommendations for local eateries and attractions.
While our stay was nearly perfect, the sound of rain on the metal roof was a bit distracting at night. Despite the provided earplugs, light sleepers might want their noise-canceling solutions. Overall, the minor noise issue didn’t detract from our experience.

The beauty of this place stole my heart. The garden view from my room felt like stepping into a painting. Unable to get enough of the serene nature sounds, I loved sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee. The outdoor hot tub nestled among the trees provided the perfect retreat after a long day of hiking. Snacks like fresh fruit and banana bread waited for me, making the stay feel special. On the downside, the room's metal roof made rain noise quite intrusive at night. Not the best for light sleepers. Also, I found the breakfast options slightly lacking. I expected more than just snacks in the fridge. Overall, I appreciated the hosts' hard work to maintain this beautiful property, but a few areas could use some improvement for a more complete experience.

The room was gorgeous and even had a relaxing hot tub to unwind after our hikes. I can't forget the fresh banana bread and fully stocked fridge with drinks and snacks that made us feel right at home. Just a tiny downside was that it could get a bit noisy sometimes, but it didn't ruin our awesome experience! 🌺

Gorgeous and comfy room! Loved the thoughtful touches like mini-banana bread and a stocked fridge. Location is perfect for exploring the nearby national park, with a lovely outdoor hot tub for post-hike relaxation!
The rain on the roof was a bit like a drum solo at odd hours—beware light sleepers! Also, more than snacks in the fridge would’ve been lovely, like some real breakfast options!
